Personal Chauffeur

Job Overview: We are seeking a responsible and professional Personal Chauffeur to provide reliable and efficient transportation services. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety, comfort, and timeliness of the client’s travel needs. This role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all journeys for senior management and family for their work, school and family routines.
• Plan and optimize routes for efficiency and traffic conditions.
• Run errands, such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, or handling personal tasks as requested.
• Safely drive the client to various destinations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the client’s personal and professional life.
• Be available for emergencies and flexible with scheduling.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, functional, and safe condition.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and accommodating to the client’s needs.
Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks and keep logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and service schedules

Qualifications:

Speaks and understand English well

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Non-Smoker Applicants only
• Proven experience as a personal driver or chauffeur.
• Good ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
• Good Knowledge of traffic laws and local roads and good judgement of the alternative routes when any traffic situation change on regular routes
• Good road and travel time planning and ensure punctuality at all times
• Trustworthy, punctual, and highly reliable.
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
• Flexibility with working hours and availability on weekends or holidays, if necessary.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

Full-time position; Basic monthly salary between $3,500 - $4,500 [Monday – Saturday, 5.5 days based on boss' schedule. Any additional hour overtime rate at $25/hour]
