  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities (corporate clients, event bookings, partnerships).
    Conduct sales visits, cold calls, and follow-ups with potential customers.
    Maintain relationships with existing clients and grow account value.
  • Marketing Campaigns
    Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote the brand and offerings.
    Work with graphic designers or digital teams to produce marketing materials, menus, and posters.
    Coordinate seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, and special offers.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing
    Manage company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
    Create engaging content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
    Monitor analytics and adjust strategies for better performance.
  • Event Coordination & Promotion
    Promote and manage F&B events such as banquets, buffets, or catering services.
    Handle event inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
    Coordinate with operations team to ensure event success.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis
    Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
    Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
    Recommend adjustments to marketing strategy based on findings.
  • Menu & Product Promotion
    Collaborate with the culinary team to promote new menu items.
    Prepare product briefs and highlight selling points to the sales team.
    Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    Build and manage a customer database (e.g., loyalty program or mailing list).
    Implement initiatives to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
    Send e-newsletters or promotional messages to targeted audiences.
  • Budget & Reporting
    Manage marketing budgets and track ROI.
    Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and campaign performance.
    Present results and proposals to management.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments
    Work closely with kitchen, service, and operations teams to align marketing goals.
    Ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints.
