Your Purpose
As Senior Marketing Communications Manager APAC, you will be responsible for setting the marketing communication strategy, building brand equity, and driving lead generation across the region. You will lead integrated marketing campaigns tailored to key industry verticals, manage external and internal stakeholders, and drive business impact through targeted, data-driven, and compelling storytelling.
You will play a pivotal role in enabling commercial growth in APAC through:
- Strategic planning and execution of marketing communications
- Team leadership and coaching of regional marketing staff
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, R&D/applications, global marketing colleagues, and corporate communications teams
- Effective campaign and brand management, both regionally and globally aligned
- Strong performance analysis to continuously optimize ROI
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Communication Leadership
- Collaborate with the Regional Vice President and global marketing counterparts to develop and align APAC marketing strategies with business strategies and global priorities
- Monitor and integrate regional trends, collaborate with competitive intelligence, and market insights, digital, and sales to shape strategic communication campaigns
- Champion the Corbion brand by delivering consistent, high-quality messaging across all touchpoints
Integrated Marketing Communications
- Develop and implement effective marcom plans for product launches, trade shows, digital campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives
- Drive awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns
- Manage external agencies, content creators, and collaborate with digital marketing to manage digital partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing assets
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a key liaison between APAC teams and global business units to align communication strategies and messaging
- Foster strong working relationships with business teams, sales, R&D/applications, and other internal stakeholders to ensure marketing contributes directly to business success
Team Development & Leadership
- Coach, mentor, and grow a small, agile team of marketers in Singapore and the broader APAC region
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on leader who brings deep B2B marketing communications experience and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B marketing communications within a multinational environment, preferably in specialty ingredients, life sciences, or food-related industries
- Proven track record of designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, media relations, and industry event execution
- People leadership experience, with a passion for developing high-performing teams
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders across Asia
- Excellent project management skills and a collaborative working style
