Outlet Manager (Cafe)

1) Oversees the day-to-day operations of F&B outlet

2) They manage schedules, ensure high service standards, maintain quality, and handle customer interactions, complaints, and feedback. Additionally, they may be responsible for inventory, cost control, and compliance with regulations.

3) Ensuring consistent food and beverage quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and complying with food safety regulations

4) Handling ordering, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed

5) Work 5 days a week. 2 weekends. 3 weekdays.

6) Know how to make coffee & Kitchen.
