About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead and scale the marketing function across our portfolio of brands in the sports, lifestyle, consumer goods, and technology sectors. This role is critical to the strategic and commercial success of our businesses, overseeing brand direction, revenue-driving campaigns, performance marketing, CRM systems, and market expansion initiatives. The candidate will play a key role in driving topline growth, managing external partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams.
With a cross-border portfolio and responsibility for both brand equity and lead generation across new market entries, this role requires senior-level experience, global marketing exposure, and a strong record in growing brands from inception to scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and lead full-funnel marketing strategies for our portfolio, spanning brand, content, performance, community, and growth.
- Craft compelling brand narratives and go-to-market plans that resonate across cultures and channels.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities for brand expansion, audience engagement, and category leadership.
2. Campaigns, Content & Comms
- Oversee the ideation, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Set art direction and content strategy across formats (social, video, editorial, and experiential).
- Lead external agency and media relationships to scale campaign impact and efficiency.
- Drive consistency in messaging and brand voice across all internal and external touchpoints.
3. Performance Marketing & CRM
- Build and manage lead generation strategies across SEO, email, paid media, and partnerships.
- Own CRM and lifecycle marketing efforts to increase acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Implement tracking systems to measure performance and ROI across initiatives.
4. Cross-Functional & Leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team across brand, content, and growth.
- Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and executive leadership to align marketing with business goals.
- Represent the marketing function internally and externally, acting as a key voice in strategic decisions.
5. Data, Insights & Budget
- Define and track KPIs for brand and marketing effectiveness; translate insights into action.
- Manage marketing budgets to optimise spend and ensure sustainable growth.
- Stay ahead of consumer trends, industry shifts, and emerging channels to keep Fisher8 future-ready.

Education & Experience
- 8+ years in brand, growth, or integrated marketing, with experience in leading teams.
- Proven success launching and scaling brands, especially in consumer, tech, or lifestyle categories.
- Experience in incubator or multi-brand environments is a strong advantage.
Skills & Mindset
- Strategic thinker with an executional bias; comfortable toggling between big picture and detail.
- Deep understanding of marketing channels and customer journeys across B2C and B2B.
- Team builder with strong leadership and cross-functional influence.
