Building Drafter

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural and structural drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Prepare layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure design accuracy and consistency
• Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Architecture, Drafting, or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software
• Strong understanding of building construction, design principles, and local regulations
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Good communication and teamwork skills
