Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Your missions
Oversee the delivery of IaaS project initiatives in APAC, ensuring alignment with SLAs and processes.
Maintain quality of IaaS services and adhere to IT security policies.
Provide technical support for Windows Server administration, Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and cluster management.
Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Windows Server environments.
Manage disaster recovery, backup strategies, and failover processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and strong working relationships.
Follow CIB and Security policies, report variances, and practice disaster recovery and BCP processes.
Work with IT Security and Infrastructure teams to maintain platforms and manage risk in daily operations.
Your profile
Degree in IT/Computer Science with 8+ years of technical experience.
Advanced proficiency in Windows Server OS (2012 R2/2016/2019/2022).
Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and PowerShell scripting.
Experience with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and patch management.
Experience with Microsoft Failover Clustering, Veritas Cluster Server (VCS), and high availability configurations.
Proven troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
Experience in backup/recovery strategies and disaster recovery planning.
Familiarity with Ansible Tower, Ivanti, Centrify, BMC, VSAN, iSCSI, DAS, NAS, SAN storage technologies.
Good scripting skills (Python or other languages) and experience with Agile methodologies and/or DevOps.
Qualified in ITIL 3 or 4 Foundation.
