• Develop and execute effective communication plans for the APAC region, aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Create compelling content for internal and external communication channels, including press releases, presentations, speeches, social media, and other relevant platforms.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is consistent across all channels and that key messages are effectively communicated.
• Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers across the region to promote positive coverage of Synpulse and our products and services.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on media activities and trends, as well as provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Support crisis communication efforts, and local support during crisis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of communication strategies with overall business goals.
• Manage budgets and timelines for communication initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field, with a focus on media relations and external communications, experience in financial industry is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to write and edit a wide variety of content for multiple channels.
• Fluency in one or more languages, especially Chinese, is a plus, but not necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage budgets and meet deadlines.
• Experience in C-level stakeholder management.
