YOUR ROLE

• Improving the yield of products by identifing suspected process step and work closely with FA lab to identify the defect of the failure.

• Reduce zero yield scraps by ensuring fast feedbacks and corrective action through in-depth failure analysis and failure mode identification.

• Ensure optimization of SPC parameters (Cp,k and Cpk) for all technologies through cross-functional meetings with the various Process Engineering Group.

• Review and perform evaluations for possible process scripts combination and reduction.

• To perform evaluation for parameter/ yield improvement through DOE, FMEA etc

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or Electronic major.
• Good knowledge in semiconductor devices & processes.
• Good communication skill & team work.
• Familiar with the equipment used in wafer fabrication
• English business proficiency
