Staff / Senior Staff Specialist - Global Key user Lead

In your new role you will be in charge of:

• Management of global Key User community , process leader of respective processes, global KPI controlling
• Interface and 2nd level support to process-owners and -users.
• Align the availability of Key User resources and required qualifications with managers
• Manage/contribute in community-related global projects and manage global roll out of new process & tool functionalities.
• Contribute to annual target setting , drive/control related activities and required measures and be global controlling to conduct gap analysis and initiate actions.
• Performs supply chain functions , which may include, but are not limited to, logistics, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.
• Creates integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers.
• Focuses resources on continuous improvemen t of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.
• Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Minimally a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Minimally 6+ years relevant working experience
• Good knowledge in supply chain processes, systems, and some experience working on customer account.
• Key user background with good analytic background and has a passion to drive improvement.
• Likes to work on innovation ideas. Good collaborator and like to team up with people from different functions for project.
• Good knowledge in project management and having some AI / dashboarding skills (Python,Tableau, RPA, DIVE) will be plus point.
