Strong in Architecture, concepts & space planning
Knowledge of URA guidelines
Knowledge in design development set of detailed drawings
Able to produce an entire set of tender drawings
Knowledge of Auto-Cad / Sketch-up & Photoshop
Knowledge in the selection of colours & materials
Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity and initiative
A good team player and possess good time management skills to meet multiple deadlines
