This is the world’s leading airport spa, operating since 2004 with one mission: to provide every traveler pampering & relaxing experience worldwide. Located in 11 countries, with 500 employees and 40 spas. We are hiring for our branch located in the luxury airport of Changi, Singapore.

Branch Management

  • Develop the overall Spa strategy to maximize guest satisfaction, staff satisfaction and financial performance
  • Monitor the main KPI, analyze the figures and run action plans to reach given targets
  • Review staffing levels to ensure customer journey, operational needs and financial objectives are met
  • Take part in all stakeholders meeting in the region (Airport authorities, agencies, lawyers)

Team Management

  • Build a strong and trained team of therapists and shift leaders
  • Monitor individual performances and coach the team members individually
  • Optimize the roster in line with the business activity
  • Prepare the payroll with accurate attendance, incentives and bonus

Operations Management

  • Lead the daily operations, ensure smooth customer and employee experience with great proactivity
  • Lead the stock management process, retail ordering and monthly inventory
  • Ensure the accuracy of the transactions and supervise the cash deposit

Requirements

Fluent English and Mandarin

Successful experiences of supervision or leadership
