our client is a global provider of workplace and facilities management solutions and we are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer to maintain HVAC system and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
about the job
HVAC Operations & Maintenance: Lead and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with site SOPs, EHS regulations, and contractor management procedures.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Supervise technicians, coordinate with IFM planners, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to plan and deliver HVAC activities effectively.
Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Reporting: Monitor HVAC performance via BMS, P&ID drawings, and daily trend analysis (e.g., temperature/humidity); respond to anomalies, lead incident investigations, and report to regulatory bodies and plant leadership.
Project Execution & Documentation: Manage small-scale HVAC projects, execute Engineering Change Controls, ensure accurate SAP CMMS updates, and serve as the main point of contact for all HVAC-related scopes within the plant.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree
- min. 3 years of relevant HVAC experience
