Warehouse Assistant

We are franchised distributor of electronics components since 1987. We are expanding our warehouse operations and looking for hardworking Warehouse Assistant.

Major responsibilities will involve data entry, facilitating the storage, packing, receipt and delivery of goods.

Key duties

• input information in Supplier Delivery order into ERP system

• check incoming goods are in good condition before acceptance

• place goods received in appropriate locations

• assist to load and unload goods from delivery truck.

• print barcode labels and paste on box or carton

• prepare goods for shipment

• print packing list and invoice

• arrange goods to be shipped out of warehouse to customers

• assist in inventory cycle count and stock check
  

Requirements:

• physically fit and able to carry light loads

• able to communicate in written and spoken English

• basic IT skills

• preferably few years experience working in a warehouse
