- Prepare and update listing of key information and directory of services pertaining to Mall andRetailers.
- Attend to all enquiries and render assistance to patrons or tenants in a professional manner and provide quality service
- Prepare and update directory of services for neighbouring buildings, places of interests/attractions, retailers, F&B outlets, transportation services, etc. and provide shopper with relevant information / recommendations when requested.
- Be familiar and well-versed with the mall’s floor plan, facilities and available services
- Attend all enquiries and render assistance to shoppers or tenants in a professional manner and provide quality service.
- Assist tenants and process voucher reimbursements
- Handle administrative work related to gift redemptions during mall’s promotional activities, sales of gift vouchers and gift-wrapping
- Ensure grooming standards of the Concierge team are maintained at all times e.g. staff attire & bearing, greetings & verbiage used when communicating with patrons, tenants, etc.
- Manage and assist patrons/shoppers with "Lost & Found" items.
- Observe patrons’ behaviours and feedback to our Marketing Team
- Maintain and update Concierge log for submission to Management.
- Assist to attend to emergencies which occur after closure of the Management Office.
- Provide all other general support to Management Office as and when required e.g. report and feedback incidents/occurrences.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
