What You’ll Do (and Learn!):

Rotate across key departments: Sales, Client Advisory, Operations, and Business Development

Receive hands-on mentorship from experienced managers and senior advisors

Attend professional training (CFP, CMFAS modules, product knowledge & more)

Learn how to manage high-value clients, structure financial solutions, and lead teams

Contribute to real projects that impact the company’s growth

Get fast-tracked into a leadership or specialist role based on your performance

We’d Love If You Have:

A Diploma or Degree (any field is welcome — Business, Finance, Communications, etc.)

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

No experience? No worries — we provide full training
