Our client is recruiting Management Trainee (Health) in the technology industry in Singapore

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain warehouse management and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Monitor store operation performance and ensure that stock flow, demand and employee guidance are up to standard.
Ensure that all products are well stocked and merchandise display standards are followed
Information:
This is a well-known massager retail company in Singapore, a listed company
Management trainee means that you will be trained here to become a store manager within one year of this course. This is a permanent job.
As a new joiner, you need to go through the entire training program from the basics so that you can run the entire business and handle your team members in the near future.
1) You will start serving walk-in customers
2) Cashier reception
3) Merchandise display
4) Maintain store image
Over time, you will learn;
1) Plan work schedules
2) Inventory
3) Manage a team of 4-5 retail assistants
Requirements:
Good interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong passion for customer service
Leadership experience - team management, evaluation, scheduling
Proficiency in SAP ByDesign or similar programs will be an advantage.
Minimum 3-6 months retail experience
