Key Responsibilities:

  • Staffing and Scheduling: Planning manpower resources, coordinating staff allocations, and creating work schedules.
  • Performance Management: Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and addressing issues.
  • Training and Development: Onboarding new employees, providing training, and developing career advancement opportunities.
  • Reporting: Reporting to HR and senior management on staffing levels, performance, and other relevant information.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Team Management: Leading and motivating a team of employees, resolving employee issues and disputes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and provide direction.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members, HR, and senior management.
  • Organization and Planning: Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate staffing, schedules, and workload.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify and address employee issues and disputes, and make decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations: Understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
