Key Responsibilities:
- Staffing and Scheduling: Planning manpower resources, coordinating staff allocations, and creating work schedules.
- Performance Management: Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and addressing issues.
- Training and Development: Onboarding new employees, providing training, and developing career advancement opportunities.
- Reporting: Reporting to HR and senior management on staffing levels, performance, and other relevant information.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Team Management: Leading and motivating a team of employees, resolving employee issues and disputes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership and Management: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and provide direction.
