Supervise multiple team of cleaners inmultiple cleaning projects
Train cleaners and team leaders on servicestandards and provide help and guidancewhen necessary
Assist in planning work schedules anddeployment of manpower
Monitor and follow up on compliance withcleaning procedures, workplace safety andtender specifications
Implement operation plans to improvework processes and service quality
Interact and handle complaints andfeedbacks and build relationships withcustomers
Check cleaning equipment condition
Monitor cleaning material stock level andre-order materials when needed
Solve operational problems and makedecisions
Submit daily cleaning report
Facilitate effective communication andengagement at the workplace
