Logistics Manager

Job Summary:

The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and monitoring of all logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory control, and supply chain processes. This role ensures the right products are delivered to the right location on time and in the most cost-effective way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Operations Management
  Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory.
  Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers to ensure seamless delivery processes.
• Supply Chain Coordination
  Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align supply chain strategy with business goals.
• Inventory & Warehouse Oversight
  Supervise inventory accuracy and implement systems for effective stock control.
  Ensure warehouse operations follow safety and efficiency standards.
• Transport & Fleet Management
  Optimize transportation methods and routes for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  Maintain vehicle fleet compliance with regulations, and oversee maintenance schedules.
• Team Leadership
  Lead, train, and evaluate logistics staff.
  Set team objectives and ensure compliance with policies and KPIs.
• Compliance & Documentation
  Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, health and safety laws, and environmental guidelines.
