Account Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handles Sales, Marketing and Account Independently

• Establish good partnership with clients and agents

• Follow up on Sales Lead and generate New Leads

• Manage appointments and conduct viewings of the office suites and facilities with potential clients

• Provide good in-office support services and maintain strong relationship with clients

• Responsible of company and clients’ accounting and finance related matters

• Review journal entries, AR, AP and stock ageing and bank reconciliation

• Ensure timely submission of tax matters for own companies and clients
  

Job Requirements

• Must be Sales driven

• Must be meticulous

• Relevant working experience especially in the same industry will be an advantage

• Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin speaking (to liaise with Chinese clients)

• Great customer service attitude

• Good team player with pleasant disposition
