Technical Manager

Job Responsibilities:
l Responsible for the technical improvement of steel production processes (steelmaking, casting, rolling, etc.) to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
l Analyze production data, optimize process parameters, and reduce energy consumption and production costs.
l Ensure production meets national and international standards, and lead the analysis and improvement of quality issues.
l Supervise the operation status of key equipment and promote intelligent upgrading and maintenance plans.
l Evaluate and introduce advanced technologies.
l Lead the technical team, develop training plans, and enhance employee’s skills and safety awareness.
l Collaborate with departments such as production, research and development, and procurement to promote new product development and process innovation.
Job requirements:
l Undergraduate and related majors.
l More than 4 years of technical management experience in the steel industry, familiar with the production process of steel.
l Experience in technical management or process optimization projects for large steel plants is preferred.
l Proficient in the entire process of steel production (ironmaking, steelmaking, casting, rolling, etc.), familiar with industry standards and environmental regulations.
l Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools.
l Possess excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
l Excellent leadership and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to high-intensity work environments.
