We are looking for a Assistant Manager, who will manage a team of operation staff, to ensure efficient operations, excellent customer service, successful regulatory compliance, continuous performance improvement, and effective fiscal management.


Job Description

  • To support the Operations and coordinate, scheduling, and manage day-to-day activities
  • To carry out daily inspection with client
  • To attend to clients’ complaints promptly
  • To carry out investigation to any feedback arising and submit report within the set turnaround time
  • To resolve employees’ problems efficiently without unnecessary delay
  • To ensure all works carried out by Supervisor and Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed on time
  • Able to be hands-on when the situation requires
  • Submission of reports
  • Conduct regular toolbox meeting
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by superiors

Job Requirement

  • Min GCE ‘O’ level
  • With at least 3 years of relevant housekeeping experience
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively with different level or personnel
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
