DRAFTER (M&E)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To prepare & update ACMV shop drawings, detail drawings, as-built drawings using Autocad and Revit Softwares

• To maintain & update drawings as needed and make corrections to drawings as directed by Superior

• To prepare accurate and quality drawings independantly and review own work prior to submission

• To co-ordinate with Designer/Site Engineers with regards to drawing detail and all other necessary sketch as requested by Client

• To prepare accurate and quality drawings independantly and review own work prior to submission

• To maintain drawing records and reports

• To prepare BIM MEP modelling and to liaise with BIM co-ordinator to meet Clients' requirements
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent

• Min 3 years of relevant working experience

• Well verse in building services especially ducting and piping, etc. in Industrial and Commercial Developments

• Proficient in BIM (REVIT) and Autocad Application (2D & 3D)

• To be able to meet tight drawing schedules
