Account Manager / Sales Coordinator (Non-iPhone)
Markets : Maldives, Bhutan and Brunei
Reports to: Senior Sales Manager (SSM)
Role Purpose :
This role is responsible for managing sales operations and account coordination across selected international markets (Maldives, Bhutan, and Brunei) for non-iPhone product lines. The candidate will ensure seamless partner engagement, order fulfilment, sales planning, and execution of programs to drive revenue, optimize inventory, and support the broader business growth across all Lines of Business (LOBs), including Accessories and Wearables.
Key Responsibilities :
Account & Sales Management
- Manage selected channel partners across Maldives, Bhutan, and Brunei for all non-iPhone LOBs.
- Shadow and support senior leadership as part of succession planning.
- Own day-to-day operations, order tracking, partner coordination, and issue resolution.
- Drive timely fulfilment by tracking partner payments, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Analyze and act on backlogs (Bklog), PO placement, and SWAP opportunities for inventory optimization.
- Monitor and address aging stock, ensuring healthy sell-through and minimizing inventory risk.
Planning, Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain and review allocation sheets to ensure efficient fulfilment and closure.
- Monitor and track term sheets, incentive programs, SRP vs. margin analysis, and program compliance.
- Provide weekly data analysis and insights for all LOBs to support strategic planning by SSM.
- Review and analyze AAR weekly reports, PSI data, and partner performance (PP) for insights and actions.
- Ensure proper CN follow-through to partners and manage documentation accuracy.
Channel & Program Development
- Support the development of Apple Watch and Accessories business across all three markets.
- Collaborate with SSM to plan and execute bundle offers, DG programs, and other sales initiatives.
- Coordinate and propose country-specific programs to partners, enhancing engagement and sales.
- Assist in tender, enterprise, and large project requirements with timely critical asks and proposals.
- Participate in bi-monthly (minimum) reviews with heads of non-iPhone business lines.
Cross-Functional Coordination :
- Liaise closely with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Business Planning teams to ensure order readiness, priority shipment handling, and PI management.
- Collaborate with marketing and channel development teams to enhance partner growth and visibility.
Skills & Competencies :
- Analytical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication; confident in virtual and in-person engagement with partners.

- Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn and work with Keynote and other Apple tools.

- Detail-Oriented: Precision in documentation, order processing, and tracking performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications :
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, channel sales, or regional coordination roles, preferably in the tech or telecom industry.
- Prior experience managing multi-country accounts or emerging markets is a plus.
- Background working with international distribution and/or consumer electronics is advantageous.
