Job Description
1. Manage all activities connected with a project from planning, through design and implementation till completion stage.
2. Lead and direct cross-functional teams to perform with constraints of schedules, budgets and resources.
3. Interact with clients consultants and building contractor to drive the project and to meet customer's expectations.
4. Monitor project progress and maintain good records throughout the project life cycle.
5. Ensure performance on project ultimately meets clients expectations in term of quality standards, on-time completion and within cost.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Building / Project Management or equivalent.
- Min. 5 years relevant working experience in the construction industry (building facade).
- Strong leadership, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
- Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative, and being a team player.
- Knowledge and/or experience in contractual management is an added advantage.
