Job Overview:

The Global Head of Partnerships, Alliances & Growth is responsible for developing and executing the company's global strategic partnership and alliance initiatives. This leadership role focuses on driving sustainable growth through innovative partnerships, expanding market presence, and fostering collaborative opportunities across geographies and industries.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ecosystem of partners in APAC in the marketing technology space, including Sitecore, Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, AI and others.
  • Engage agencies within the WPP Group of companies to identify new business opportunities via the network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel account managers and account executives within partner sales teams across key verticals.
  • Educate partner sales teams on our joint value proposition and service offerings.
  • Work closely with the North America, EMEA, APAC, and Latam Strategic Alliances and marketing teams to build and implement joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Build relationships with Account Directors at Ogilvy in support of establishing Ogilvy as the trusted MarTech partner
  • Drive joint pipeline development with partners and work with remote solutions teams to scope and deliver proposals to prospects
  • Lead the RFP and proposal development process along with the pre-sales teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or business development, preferably in MarTech or SaaS
  • A deep understanding of the MarTech ecosystem as deployed in typical large-scale organizations
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Adobe is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with C-suite executives in partners’ organizations
  • Individuals that are driven, self-starter, innovative, and have the ability to work independently
  • Strong work ethics and the ability to work with teams across multiple locations and time zones
  • Passionate about new technology and customer experience.
