Job Description: -

• Supervised daily operations and managed crew activities onboard the crane barge, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations as necessary
• Maintained detailed records of operations, maintenance activities, and cargo handling for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Possess in-depth understanding of floating crane lifting capabilities.
• Developed and reviewed rigging plans, ensuring safe and efficient lifting operations.
• Provided training and guidance to crew members, enhancing operational competence and safety awareness.
• Implemented emergency procedures and conducted regular drills to ensure crew readiness.
• Maintain communication with project managers and onsite coordinators to ensure safe operations.
• Consulted in risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and recommending mitigation strategies.

Job Specifications:

• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent, with relevant marine certifications.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in same capacity.
• Competent in sheer leg crane operations for crane above 800 metric tons.
• Able to work independently and in fast paced environment
• Process high initiative with good communication skills
