Quantity Surveyors

The responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyors are provided below:

• Preparing tender and contract documents;

• Performing risk and value management and cost control;

• Preparing and analysing costings for tenders;

• Providing advice on contractual claims;

• Analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports;

• Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use;

• Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.

• Degree , related in Construction
• At least 2 year related working experience in Building Construction
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
