Resident Architect

We invite suitably qualified individuals to apply for the position:

Resident Architect

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent from an University recognised by Board of Architect, Singapore.

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant site working experience.

• The Resident Architect will assist in the management and co-ordination of architectural related issues.

• Mature, possess leadership quality and have effective communication skills to be able to interact with people at all levels.

• Familiarity with handover and defect inspection processes for large scale institutional/infrastructure projects.
