Project Manager

Job Ace Pte Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Electrical Sub-contractor in Singapore for the position of Project Manager (Electrical) . The ideal candidate will lead and manage electrical projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of electrical projects including budgeting, scheduling, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Oversee project execution and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications, and contract requirements.
• Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor services in line with project needs.
• Monitor and control project progress; prepare progress reports, cost tracking, and forecasts.
• Lead site meetings, resolve technical and operational issues, and drive timely project completion.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Supervise and mentor site engineers and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing electrical works in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Sound knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and safety regulations in Singapore.
• Experience working with main contractors, consultants, and government authorities (e.g., SP Services, EMA).
• Proficient in MS Office
