Finance Business Partner (Manufacturing)

• Conduct high-quality financial analyses across product categories, brands, and markets, leveraging data to generate commercially impactful insights.

• Perform advanced financial modeling and profitability assessments, monitoring business issues and their financial implications while evaluating new product introductions and providing actionable insights.

• Collaborate with business directors to track strategic goals, manage prospects and pipelines, and assess client profitability, delivering timely and relevant reporting to support decision-making.

• Conduct monthly variance analyses of financial performance, working closely with commercial business leaders to identify key drivers, assess risks, and manage selling and distribution expenses.

• Prepare and oversee budget planning and rolling forecasts for sales and selling expenses, ensuring alignment with business objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.

• Manage customer contracts, coordinate with Legal Counsel and Business Directors, and oversee contracted sales targets and incentive programs to optimize client engagement.

• Ensure overseas sales entities, including those in Singapore, maintain appropriate operational controls and adhere to governance requirements.

• Utilize business intelligence tools such as Tableau to enhance visibility into business performance and strengthen risk control measures.

• Execute ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned, ensuring strategic alignment with business priorities.
