Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house.
- Manage staff to deliver excellent service.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Create staff schedules and ensure proper coverage.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and meet sales targets.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and marketing teams to plan promotions or events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of restaurant operations and budgeting.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- At least 5 years of experience
