Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house.
  • Manage staff to deliver excellent service.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
  • Create staff schedules and ensure proper coverage.
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and meet sales targets.
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and marketing teams to plan promotions or events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of restaurant operations and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • At least 5 years of experience
