Gas Pipe supervisor

Job Description

Install, remove, replace and repair LPG gas mains, services, pressure regulators, meters, valves, and other related gas distribution facilities, including the installation of main pipe and downpipes and other gas equipment services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, remove, replace, and repair LPG gas mains, services, and equipment.
• Oversee installation of main pipes, downpipes, meters, and regulators.
• Inspect and pressure-test gas piping systems for safety and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation or repair.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, inspectors, and project managers.
• Maintain comprehensive project records including work logs and safety documentation.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on techniques, tools, and safety practices.
• Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and progress.

Job Requirements:

Education & Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in gas pipe installation.
• Proven experience working with LPG or industrial piping systems.

Licenses:

Physical & Work Environment:

• Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting, climbing, and bending.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces or at elevated heights.
