Engineering Manager

WORK LOCATION: BATAM INDONESIA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager with experience in E-House (Electrical House)

projects/ Offshore projects and expertise in 3D Modelling & Design. The candidate will be responsible

for leading the engineering design team of muldisciplinary trades (Structure, Architecture, E&I, HVAC

& F&G systems) ensuring the successful execuon of projects from concept to completion. The ideal

candidate should have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems integraon, 3D

modelling, and interdisciplinary coordination.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

10+ years of experience in E-House/Offshore projects with a focus on engineering design &

modeling.

Proficiency in 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or equivalent).

Strong understanding of electrical equipment layouts, busbar systems, and HVAC integration.

Experience in structural analysis and load calculaons.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage muliple projects and deadlines.

Proficiency in ABS/DNV standards will be an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

Experience in working with EPC contractors, consultants, and fabricaon yards.

Knowledge of modularization, prefabrication, and installation of E-House/module

structures.

Certification in PMP, LEED, or relevant engineering standards is an added advantage.
