- Person should be completed Diploma /Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Preferably 8 – 10 years of relevant working experience in process industry for piping and structural works
- Should hold certificates such as NDT certified and AutoCAD and PDMS software knowledge and other relevant certificates required to perform as operation manager
- Able to understand construction and fabrication drawings
- Able to read and draw 2D / ISO /layout piping diagrams
- Understanding of machanical equipment / piping systems and its functionalities
- Knowledge on piping material requirements for both repair and new construction
- Possess man-management experience in workshops and onboard vessels
- Good planning, organization, control, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
