In this role, you will own the product backlog—for various projects—translating complex security and business requirements into actionable product features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, DevOps, and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, clear development roadblocks, and ensure compliance with evolving cybersecurity standards. This is a unique opportunity to shape next-generation solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment while leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI and SOC platforms.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Translate cybersecurity and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable user stories and features.
  • Gather market and user feedback to refine product strategy and roadmap.

  • Continuously monitor product performance and risks; iterate on features to maintain and enhance security posture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, cloud platforms, and managed service environments.
  • Familiarity with key SOC platform technologies (e.g., case management, ticketing systems, collaboration tools, dashboards, and reporting).
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Comfortable working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with software, DevOps, and service delivery teams.
  • Proficiency in using JIRA or similar project management and backlog tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud-based environments.
  • Exposure to or experience with Agentic AI technologies.
  • Certifications in Product Ownership, Agile, or Cybersecurity (e.g., CSPO, CSM, CISSP) are a plus.
