Job Description

  • Assist in submitting and manage parts orders across various vendor platforms (e.g., Lenovo, HP, Asus), including both in-warranty and out-of-warranty scenarios.
  • Prepare required documentation, shipping labels, and any supplementary materials needed for each service case.
  • Identify and promptly report any discrepancies, delays, or irregularities to supervisors to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating case records based on engineers’ reports and progress updates.
  • Assist in Return Processing & Quality Check.
  • Any other adhoc task given by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum commitment period: July to September.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Basic understanding of service systems and vendor platforms.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in support, logistics, or technical operations is a bonus.
