Job Description

  • Support reception desk operations
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Assist with invoice processing and run simple reports
  • Manage office pantry and storage space
  • Filing of documents and records
  • Assist in packing and preparation of packages
  • Handle claims and timesheet
  • Assist in doing cash cards and filling up timesheet
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Ability to work independently
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Preferably residing in Central or West areas
  • Available 2–3 times per week, approximately 5 hours per day
