Job Description
- Support reception desk operations
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Assist with invoice processing and run simple reports
- Manage office pantry and storage space
- Filing of documents and records
- Assist in packing and preparation of packages
- Handle claims and timesheet
- Assist in doing cash cards and filling up timesheet
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Ability to work independently
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Preferably residing in Central or West areas Available 2–3 times per week, approximately 5 hours per day
