Concierge (Residence Officer)

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
Greet residents, guests, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner
Manage visitor registration and issue access passes in accordance with estate protocols
Respond to general enquiries and provide information or assistance as needed
Administrative Support
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcel collections for residents
Maintain accurate records and logs (e.g., visitor log, parcel register, booking forms)
Assist the Condominium Manager in day-to-day administrative tasks when required
Facility Coordination
Facilitate bookings for estate amenities such as BBQ pits, function rooms, and sports facilities
Report maintenance or housekeeping issues to the Managing Agent or relevant vendors
Coordinate with external service providers for scheduled maintenance works
Resident Engagement
Assist with communication notices to residents (e.g., circulars, memos) Handle feedback or minor complaints professionally and escalate to management when needed
Emergency Handling
Act as the point of contact to notify the Condominium Manager or security team during emergencies (e.g., fire alarms, power outages)
Provide basic guidance to residents in line with established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Education
Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
Additional certifications in customer service, front office operations, or estate management are advantageous
Experience
At least 2–3 years of experience in concierge, hospitality, or front-desk roles
Experience in property management or high-end residential/mixed-use developments preferred
Exposure to security coordination, vendor liaison, or estate operations is a strong plus
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage)
Strong customer service mindset with ability to handle resident feedback professionally
Competent in using digital tools and systems (e.g., visitor registration systems, MS Office, booking platforms)
Capable of multitasking and resolving issues independently
Good interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity for a diverse resident base
Other Requirements
Professional appearance and grooming
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), estate regulations, and handle minor incident escalation
