AI ML Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions that solve real-world problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to develop intelligent systems and integrate ML models into scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, NLP, or computer vision tasks.
• Clean, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with data scientists to build and tune ML models.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Deploy ML models in production using APIs, containers, or cloud-based platforms.
• Monitor model performance and retrain as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document processes, model architectures, and experiments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
• Experience with data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
• Experience with deploying models using Docker, Flask/FastAPI, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD practices, and ML lifecycle tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow).
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning techniques.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Exposure to real-time data processing (Kafka, Spark, etc.).
