MANAGING DIRECTOR (COMPANY)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead and grow our land transport and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will oversee strategic planning, operational excellence, business development, financial performance, and compliance across all functions of the company. This role requires strong leadership to drive innovation, profitability, and sustainable growth in a competitive logistics landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute long-term business strategies in line with company vision and goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, including market expansion, partnerships, and diversification.
• Supervise end-to-end transport and logistics operations (e.g., fleet, warehouse, last-mile delivery, route planning).
• Ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, safety, and service excellence across all departments.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance.
• Ensure financial targets are met and costs are optimized without compromising service quality.
• Lead senior management and department heads.
• Build a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative organizational culture.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with LTA, NEA, MOM, and other relevant authorities.
• Oversee ESG, safety standards, and risk mitigation plans.
