The Opportunity:
We’re on the lookout for a Retail Team Leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead with heart, and keep the momentum going in a fast-moving retail environment. This is more than just managing shifts, it's about building a team that trusts each other, delivers consistently great service, and thrives together.

• Lead the Way: Guide the team on daily store ops, open/close like clockwork, manage flow, and set the tone for great service.
• Coach in Real-Time: Train, motivate, and keep your team sharp and ready to exceed targets (and actually enjoy doing it).
• Keep It Looking Good: Oversee merchandising, pricing, and inventory with an eye for detail and a knack for sales.
• Handle with Care: Step in for escalated customer issues and turn challenges into loyalty.
• Keep Things Tidy (on Paper Too): Make sure records, stock counts, and store logs are up-to-date and accurate.
• Think Bigger: Pitch in ideas for promos, campaigns, and how to make the store pop.
  

• A natural people-leader with previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles
• Calm under pressure and organised, even when things get hectic
• Tech-comfy, you know your way around a POS system and basic Microsoft Office tools
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays

• Hours: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM (includes breaks)
• Pay: $2,300 – $2,900/month + commission ($200–$500/month)
• Bonuses: Bi-annual bonuses (Lunar New Year + June Mid-Year)
• Career Path: Step up to Sales Manager roles through performance reviews
• Training: Ongoing support in leadership and retail skills
