Job Description

  • Support the General Manager to develop an integrated, value-added customer and market specific business plan that designed to drive volume, consumption, share and profitability in designated channel(s)
  • Assist to set directions on distribution, pricing and developing sales incentive programs for both Modern and Traditional retail
  • Lead sales team includes Key accounts and sales operation. Same time he/she will support trade marketing team to ensure delivery of business objectives & targets through a robust business planning process
  • Handle the day to day business operation issues, addressing sales gaps and developing sales recovery plans together with the sales team for both Modern and Traditional Channels
  • Lead the negotiation with the retailers on trading terms, listing fees and all other charges increase and imposed by the local retailers in assigned channels
  • Work directly with some key retail customers, responsibility include preparation and submission of proposals and plans, keeping track of customer sales performance and post evaluation on activations



Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Studies or its equivalent with minimum 10 years working experiences in FMCG companies in various functions (Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ Channel Development)
  • Possess strong planning and analytical skills, good business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, creative and the ability to operate at the strategic level and meticulous with details.
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint with analysis capability, understanding of market knowledge, strong selling & presentation skill coupled with strong communication skill
