- Coordination and Communication: Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, etc, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that all work meets the required quality standards and adheres to relevant regulations and codes.
- Risk Management: Identifying and managing potential risks that could affect the project's schedule, budget, or quality.
- Site Supervision: Supervising construction activities on-site, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting: Preparing regular reports to the management, including project progress, financial status, and any issues that require attention.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and national building codes and regulations, as well as safety standards.
