  • Planning and Scheduling: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, including milestones and deadlines.
  • Budget Management: Managing project budgets, monitoring costs, and ensuring projects stay within the allocated budget.
  • Resource Management: Identifying and acquiring necessary resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, etc, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that all work meets the required quality standards and adheres to relevant regulations and codes.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and managing potential risks that could affect the project's schedule, budget, or quality.
  • Site Supervision: Supervising construction activities on-site, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting: Preparing regular reports to the management, including project progress, financial status, and any issues that require attention.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and national building codes and regulations, as well as safety standards.
