SUMMARY OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Bartending Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
- Check guests' identification to verify legal age requirements.
- Maintain stock levels and replenish bar inventory as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
Supervisory Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the bar and staff during assigned shifts.
- Train, mentor, and guide new bartenders and barbacks.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Handle shift scheduling, opening and closing duties, and cash handling procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure all safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations are followed.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender and team leader or supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, bar operations, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Other Details:
- 5 days per week (4 days: 3pm to 10pm & 1 day: 11am to 10pm)
