BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects. Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs. Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections. Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.

• Develop or prepare planning for assigned projects.
• Liaise and coordinate with client, consultants, authorities, sub-contractors and etc.
• Liaise with services/utility agencies for any advance diversion work.
• Supervision of Jet grouting, shaft construction, pipe laying, pipe jacking and permanent manhole construction.
• Preparation of site daily progress report for all work activities on site.
• Provide engineering support in tendering of new project.
• Performs design calculations, assist with budget review.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and monitoring of construction activities and production of shop drawings
