Beauty Salon Manager

• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming client experience

• Perform and supervise beauty services such as threading, waxing, facials, and hair treatments, using natural and plant-based products

• Support and motivate the team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality in line with our ethos

• Manage appointments, client records, inventory, and supplies efficiently

• Assist in training and mentoring staff, encouraging ongoing learning and skill enhancement

• Promote salon services, wellness experiences, and retail products to clients

• Uphold and embody the salon’s mission, vision, and values in all interactions

• Handle client feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Requirements

• Proven experience in beauty services (e.g., threading, waxing, facials, hair treatments); certification preferred

• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a beauty or wellness setting is an advantage

• Genuine passion for holistic beauty, wellness, and natural self-care

• Willingness to learn new skills and participate in ongoing training (including energy healing, mindfulness, and coaching techniques)

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities

• Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to personal and professional growth

• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
