COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We are seeking candidates with a background in culinary education and hands-on experience in menu development and kitchen operations to join a renowned global burger brand with a strong international presence. DESIGNATION : Culinary (R&D) Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and test new recipes, products, and culinary innovations.
  • Refine and optimize recipes to meet specific needs and standards.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, supply chain) to align on product briefs and ensure successful product launches.
  • Lead and manage new menu projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
  • Drive culinary innovation and explore new ideas and techniques.
  • Provide technical knowledge and expertise in R&D processes.
  • Stay informed about current and emerging culinary trends and consumer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree / Diploma in culinary arts or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in culinary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information to diverse audiences.
