DESIGNATION : Culinary (R&D) Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and test new recipes, products, and culinary innovations.
- Refine and optimize recipes to meet specific needs and standards.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and adherence to industry standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, supply chain) to align on product briefs and ensure successful product launches.
- Lead and manage new menu projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
- Drive culinary innovation and explore new ideas and techniques.
- Provide technical knowledge and expertise in R&D processes.
- Stay informed about current and emerging culinary trends and consumer preferences. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree / Diploma in culinary arts or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in culinary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information to diverse audiences.
OTHER INFORMATION

- Salary will be based on experience and aligned with local market standards.
- The role is part of the Marketing team, with regular store visits required.
