Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing the business in the shop.

• Handle all sales and enquiries.

• Managing and engaging our clients.

• Actively support laundry operations in meeting client needs and requests.

• Ensure proper pricing and checking of orders.

• Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of the clients.

• Work closely with the Operations Manager to handle operational matters.

Working hours:

• 44 hours work week, including Sundays & Public Holidays

• Full-time or Part-time

Requirements:

• Good command of English

• Good communication skills

• Enthusiatic and engaging personality

• Polite and patient

• PC literate

• Only Singaporeans / PRs need apply
